Market Scope recently launched a continuation of the US COVID-19 Practice Impact Survey series. On August 31, 2020, Market Scope invited 878 US ophthalmologists via our online survey portal, to participate in part five of a nine-part series of surveys to capture the impact of COVID-19 on ophtalmic practices. There were 111 participants, representing 33 states. This survey attracted a diverse group of doctors; 80 percent of respondents provided cataract surgery, 55 percent perform glaucoma surgery, 34 treat retina patients, and 27 percent provided cornea treatment. Most of these doctors offered multiple areas of treatment. All individual responses are kept strictly confidential, and we report only aggregate data.
